Annalisa Santini is responsible for the pro bono activities of the Milan office of Ashurst. Before joining Ashurst in late 2017, Annalisa worked for one of the major Italian law firms in the London and Milan offices and a US law firm in Milan where she also devoted his work to national and international pro bono activities.
Annalisa is also a member of the Diversity&Inclusion committee of the Milano office of Ashurst which works in coordination with the Ashurst London committee.
She is a qualified lawyer in Italy and her practice is mainly related to the banking, finance and credit sectors, with a special expertise in the distressed sector and with reference to a variety of finance structures and different industries.
