17TH ITALIAN ROUNDTABLE TOOK PLACE ON 9 NOVEMBER 2016 IN ROME, HOSTED BY MACCHI DI CELLERE GANGEMI.
There were 27 participants.
The following NGOs were introduced during this meeting:
- PROGETTO DIRITTI, represented by Lawyer A. Salerni. There was a brief presentation of the NGO and the last projects were presented, in particular the “Rome-Dakar” project, aimed at promoting the so-called “conscious returns”.
- SPES Lazio CSV, represented by A. Affanni and S. Zannarella. They briefly described their role as advisers of the local volunteers’ centers, and mentioned the need to be assisted by outside counsels on complex cases.
- LOVEITALY!, represented by Alan Favuzzi, talked about the non-profit goal of his start-up that is involve young generations of professionals in the promotion and maintenance of our cultural heritage.
Peter Braun explained the genesis of Pro Bono Deutschland, established on 2011. This introduced the discussion on how to structure Italy Pro Bono.
