We publish papers, reports and documents on topics of current legal, social and institutional relevance, produced by our Permanent Tables and drawing on the contributions of our network of lawyers and professionals.
We share our materials with institutions, non-profit organisations and legal practitioners, with the aim of fostering public debate and promoting the adoption of best practices in the pro bono legal sector.

Entry and Mobility of Third-Country National Workers in Europe
The paper examines the regulatory and administrative challenges hindering the entry and mobility of foreign workers in Italy and Europe, proposing concrete solutions on three fronts: simplification of bureaucratic procedures, more effective mobility policies, and protection of the rights of immigrant workers, asylum seekers and refugees.
The impact of the ESG legal framework on the Third Sector
The paper examines how ESG principles (Environmental, Social, Governance) apply to the Third Sector, exploring the regulatory and practical tools available to Third Sector Entities (ETSs) to adopt sustainable, transparent and accountable management models, in line with the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
