The Position Paper “Entry and Mobility of Foreign Workers in Europe”, developed within our Standing Committee on Immigration Law, addresses an issue of significant relevance for institutions, businesses and the Third Sector: regular access to employment, the mobility of foreign workers and the protection of the rights of migrants, asylum seekers and refugees in Italy and across Europe.

- the promotion of more effective and inclusive mobility policies;
- the protection of the rights of immigrant workers, asylum seekers and refugees.
