5th Italian PRO BONO Roundtable

This was the first roundtable placed in Rome. Atanas Politov and Marieanne McKeown explained the steps to organize the 9th Global Pro Bono Forum in Rome. There was also a discussion about the pro bono definition.

Two NGOs were presented during this meeting:

• ANTIGONE, represented by Patrizio Gonnella and Susanna Marietti. They fight for the rights of person in prison.
• CILD, a network of 29 Italian NGOs that aim to use strategic litigation to protect human rights.
• CSVnet presented by Alberto Cuomo: this is a network of 50000 volunteers organizations across Italy.
