The Company Lawyer – who is employed by the Company to which he/she belongs – combines the managerial role with the contribution of his/her specific legal skills, contributing with the other corporate functions to the formation of the Company’s decision-making processes.
On 5 December 2013, A.I.G.I. obtained registration on the list of unregulated professions kept by the Ministry of Justice: this was in implementation of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 9 November 2007, which transposed Directive 2005/36/EC (Professional Qualifications Directive).
A.I.G.I. currently has more than 1,600 members, in-house lawyers who provide assistance and consultancy in legal matters to leading companies belonging to all economic sectors, to private and public entities, to business associations, to public economic entities, and to the Public Administration.
