Paper “The impact of the ESG legal framework on the Third Sector”

During the 51st Italian Pro Bono Roundtable, we presented the paper on implementing ESG principles in the Third Sector.

We highlighted how adopting processes and criteria for monitoring, reporting, and evaluating progress towards cohesion and sustainable development goals presents a significant opportunity for non-profit organizations.

This important work was made possible through the contributions of several authors, all members of the Lawyers – In-house Counsels Permanent Table, established within Pro Bono Italia ETS, and composed of: Alessia Amendola, Fabrizio Arossa, Carlo Alexios Neoklis Barone, Arnaldo Bernardi, Davide Camasi, Giovanni Carotenuto, Cecilia Carrara, Giuseppe Catalano, Riccardo Favaro, Federico Fusco, Francesca Garberoglio, Giulia Geraci, Andrea Leboroni Pierozzi, Ilenia Mauro, Viola Molteni, Cosimo Pacciolla, Sabrina Palermo, Patrizia Paolini, Maria Luce Piattelli, Edoardo Picchi, Beatrice Ricci, Raimondo Rinaldi, Leone Sgaravatti and Cristina Vaccario.
